I was experimenting with bryce and 3ds max.
The torus knot was created with 3ds max, mesh smoothed a couple of times then exported. I like the material editor in bryce more than 3ds. Final render took 1 hour and 47 min.

Ahh the bump texture effect. I actually plan to upload one with this texture. Not quite the same as this, as yours is very unique in that of the models.
